Bħalma forsi diġà taf, għadu kif ingħatat id-deċiżjoni mill-Qorti Kostituzzjonali fil-każ li aħna ftaħna dwar is-sistema elettorali. Sfortunatament, wara erba’ snin nistenna, il-Qorti ma qablitx magħna u tat deċiżjoni kontra dak li tlabna.

Bħal kull każ, dan jiswa l-flus. Il-ġlieda tagħna, inkluż l-appell, swiena iktar minn €5500, u għalhekk illum nduru fuqkom, għax kull ċentezmu jgħodd sabiex nilqu dawn l-ispejjez, u nibdew nippreperaw għall-elezzjoni li jmiss.

Bħalma għamilna dejjem ser nibqgħu għaddejjin bil-ġlieda legali biex pajjizna jkollu sistema elettorali demokratika li tirrispetta lil kull vot u li tagħti lok għal aktar vuċijiet fil-Parlament.

Biex nagħmlu dan għandna bżonn il-fondi. Il-kawża swiet somma ġmielha u hemm bżonn l-għajnuna tagħkom biex insostnu dawn l-ispejjeż.

We need your help!

As some of you may already know, the Constitutional Court has passed its decision on our case about the electoral system. Unfortunately, after a 4-year wait, the Court didn’t agree with us and gave a decision against our wishes.

Every court case costs money. Our fight, including the appeal, cost more than €5500 and that is why today we turn to you. Every cent counts to help us reach this amount, while also supporting us ahead of the next general election.

We are going to continue our legal fight so that our country will have an electoral system that is truly democratic and respects every vote. Giving room to more voices in Parliament.

To do this we need more funds, the court case cost what it cost, and we need your help to cover some of these expenses.

Please continue to support the only progressive Green party in Malta. One that is not in the pockets of developers, and that has always spoken up for what is right and just.
